Teresa, a food scientist and expert in innovation, is the Head of Innovation Hub at SRUC (Scotland’s Rural College). With 20 years of experience in industry and academia, Teresa brought novel initiatives to SRUC, fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship towards building Scotland’s Enterprise University at the heart of our sustainable natural economy.
Teresa established the SRUC Innovation Programme and forged strategic partnerships that significantly raised the institution’s profile in the innovation ecosystem. Throughout her career, Teresa developed and assisted others to develop novel products and services fostering sustainable growth in the agrifood, food manufacturing and drink sector.
With a proven track record of leadership, strategic vision, and collaboration, Teresa continues to be a driving force in innovation. With selfless passion for creating positive change and her dedication to advancing the frontiers of agrifood science Teresa is looking forward to welcoming you to the A3 Scotland 2024.
