Christos Tachtatzis

Reader, The Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University of Strathclyde.

Christos Tachtatzis is a Reader in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, and he is a leading expert in the field of applied Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. He has secured funding in excess of £10.9M and has published more than 150 papers in top academic journals and conferences. He is the strategic theme lead for the Measurement, Digital & Enabling Technologies theme, the Strathclyde PI on the £10.6M UKRI AI Centre for Doctoral Training in Sustainable Understandable agri-food Systems Transformed by Artificial INtelligence (SUSTAIN), the co-founder of Lupovis an AI based cyberaddiction spinout and board member in the Innovation advisory board of the DataLab.
