Stuart Black

Chief Executive of Highlands and Islands Enterprise

Stuart Black is the Chief Executive of Highlands and Islands Enterprise, the Scottish Government’s economic and community development agency for the region. He was appointed to this position in January 2022 after two years as HIE’s Area Manager for Moray. He was previously Director of Development and Infrastructure at Highland Council.
