Pedro Miguel Hales

RIA Group Leader, Agricultural Innovation and Sustainability Advisor, Agronomist and MBA Candidate

I have developed my career in the agricultural industry, specializing in technology, innovation, and sustainability. My experience includes AgTech startups, the adoption of sustainable practices in agricultural production, management of agribusinesses, and working in multinational companies in sales, corporate strategy, and leading marketing teams.

Currently, I lead the RIA Group, where I coordinate 14 large agricultural companies in integrating innovative and sustainable technologies. I also advise early stage startups on growth strategies and agricultural digitization.

My goal is to continue creating value in agriculture through innovation and sustainable development.
