Patricia Ricci is an Agricultural Engineer and M.Sc. in Animal Science. She obtained her PhD at the University of Edinburgh and SRUC in 2014. Since then, she is a researcher at INTA and CONICET in Argentina, working on greenhouse gas emissions and carbon balance from mixed crop-livestock systems. She runs the methane lab at INTA Balcarce. She coordinates national and international research projects and networks with several institutes from different countries and runs research contracts with private companies.
