Marcelo is an agricultural engineering, doctor in agronomist. He is the coordinator of the edaphologies area of Soil Institute of INTA (Argentina), he is also responsible for different national and international projects regarding to climate change mitigation and adaptation. He has a FONTAGRO-funded project “Innovative soil management that increases carbon sequestration in the soils of Latin America and the Caribbean” and he is the responsible from Argentina of the Memorandum of understanding between SRUC and INTA.
